Netskiver offer a really affordable eCommerce solution, and fully understand what's needed to enable you to create an enjoyable online experience for your online customers.

That being said, you will need to have considered what is needed to provide a truly 24 hour x 7 day shop.

We will be asking you for photos of your products, a detailed product description, how and at what cost is delivery, which countries will you send to?

You'll also need a PayPal account to receive payments. Have you worked out a 'Returns' policy?

These are some of the basics, and getting it right can be much more complicated, but we are here to help and advise. For example, we can set up your shop so that the delivery charge is based on the order value, or based on the weight of the order, or free to some areas. It's essential to get this right, it's surprising how quickly profits can disappear because of under-charging P&P. We often suggest that you start by setting your shop up for only UK delivery, and requesting export customers to contact you directly for overseas order prices. That way, you will have the opportunity of working out the delivery charge plus any additional costs such as insurance.

Do you have a variety of prices for different customers, such as your wholesalers or outlets? We can set up the system to cater for this too, but we will need to know what 'trade discount' structure is to be applied.

Do you have 'downloadable' products, such as ebooks, pdf guides, music? We can cater for this too, just let us know what you need to be able to do.
